Double Disc Cutting Machine

Providing end-to-end solution for edge cutting & sizing, the double disc cutting machine has a job to cut marble tiles of fixed size in single cut This machine has two cutting blade each runs on its individual Motor. Both the cutters are set as per the required dimension of marble tile. The motor is mounted on housing slides which has function to move cutting blade left and right. The carriage beam has a smooth forward and backward movement with the help of branded high precision linear guide way bearings and powered by 1HP GEAR BOX. It is fully automatic machine with VFD drive and auto panel which controls the cutter blade movement.
