Block Dressing Machine

Prem Engineering Work's Single Blade Block Dressing Machine marketed as ARBOUR-SAW, works with sawing of marble/agglomerate square in slabs of varying thickness. The construction of machine is comprised of two top notch steel segments and a cross shaft, to guarantee greatest stability during sawing. Sawing is finished by a combined mechanical and hydraulic movement transforming the mechanical movement into a hydraulic one to obtain optimal tensioning, precise and regular sawing of block.

The hydraulic tensioning of blade is constantly kept up with by electronic instruments fitted in control panel. The machine is provided with fixed table trolley/rotating table trolley. The trolley runs on two flat and two kaleidoscopic wheels to guarantee their exact removal. The development of streetcar is administered by control board. The machine is completely programmed and all safety factors are incorporated in the control panel. Once in operation, the machine doesn't need persistent presence of operator.
